Remote Learning

Our district is committed to ensuring that teaching and learning continue smoothly and effectively during any unexpected school closure. To support this preparedness, we are pleased to share our Remote Ready Plan—a clear set of tools, schedules, and instructional resources developed in collaboration with the Port Chester Teachers Association (PCTA).

This plan keeps students connected with teachers, maintains academic progress, and gives families easy access to expectations and support. Whether due to weather or another interruption, Port Chester Schools are ready to continue instruction with structure, consistency, and care.

We encourage families to review these materials, available in English and Spanish, so everyone is prepared should we need to shift to remote learning this winter. Any decision to call a remote learning day will follow the Emergency Closures guidelines outlined in the district calendar, located here.
