Procedures

Any individual or organization wishing to use school facilities (fields, auditoriums, classrooms or other spaces) must submit an application to the Facilities/Buildings and Grounds Department.    You can download the form and email it to kstallings@pcrufsd.org

School-sponsored events will always take precedence over other uses of our facilities.  

The approval process can take up to a month, so please plan accordingly.  An event is not approved unless you receive a formal letter of approval from the District Business Office and until you supply proof of insurance as required by the District.
