Graduation Update, June 25, 2020

Greetings Class of 2020:

If you have any last-minute graduation business (buying/picking up a cap and gown, getting a complimentary special mask, paying any bills, returning any items, etc.), then your last chance to do that will be Friday morning before ceremonies begin from 8:00-9:15 a.m..  Staff will be around to assist you at that time in the Guidance Office and Main Office.  Come into the main doors and head to the office.
If you have any questions about graduation, then please let me know.  Reservations to march are closed online, so the handful of you who have not yet registered should reach out to me directly in order to be placed into the first or second ceremonies (10:00 or 10:35).  No additional guests aside from the ones expected may attend graduation with you.  Please do not bring additional guests with you other than those you registered directly with me or on SignUpGenius.  A reminder that all guests must be masked, and for the safety of them and others, they should please social distance at least six feet away from other guests not from your family.
The final version of the overall graduation plan is attached--see below.  A reminder that no one who is feeling unwell should attend the ceremonies out of abundance of caution for public safety.  In addition, no one who has arrived from any of the following states since 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, June 25 is permitted to be on campus:  Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, or Texas.  All of these states have rising COVID-19 rates and Governor Cuomo issued an Executive Order yesterday demanding that anyone arriving from these locations after 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, June 25 must voluntarily quarantine themselves for 14 days.

We are pleased to be able to provide you below the links for each of the Graduation Ceremonies at Port Chester High School on Friday, June 26, 2020:

If for some reason the ceremonies are delayed in starting at the exact time shown, the website will say OFF AIR until we are able to start the next ceremony.  We will not be able to change out the image to let anyone know about any unforeseen delays.  Thanks for your patience for any delays.  One can watch any ceremony live AND can rewatch any that have already occurred through August at these links.

Expect the compilation of the full graduation ceremony with all recorded elements to be on the On Demand portion of the district website by next Tuesday after all of our footage is edited together.

I look forward to seeing you tomorrow, and congratulations again on your graduation!
