Vote by Absentee Ballot - Middle School Capital Project Vote on February 6, 2018

Step 1:  Get An Application

Applications for Absentee Ballots are available in the District Clerk's office located in the Central Administration Office at 113 Bowman Avenue on Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and may be picked up by the voter or his/her representative. Applications can also be downloaded here.

  • The last day to apply by mail for an Absentee Ballot is Tuesday, January 30, 2018
  • The last day to apply in person for an Absentee Ballot is Monday, February 5, 2018

Step 2:  Receive and Submit an Absentee Ballot

Once the application is reviewed and accepted, an Absentee Ballot will be issued.  Completed and signed ballots may be mailed or hand delivered by the voter or his/her representative.

In order for the ballot to be counted, it must be received in the District Clerk's office or dropped in the ballot box in the Port Chester Middle School gym no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the vote:  Tuesday, February 6, 2018
